Who we are
Mr Afzaal Mughal is the data controller for personal information collected through this website and the online booking service.
What we collect
When you book, we collect your name, email address, phone number, age, gender, whether you are a new or returning patient, your insurer and membership number, and optionally your GP's details. We use this only to manage your appointment and contact you about it.
Booking and email providers
Bookings are managed with Microsoft Bookings, part of Microsoft 365, under Microsoft's data protection terms. Confirmation and reminder emails are sent through the same service.
Website statistics
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or object to its use, by contacting the practice. You can also complain to the Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie).
